Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, received a high-level Chadian government delegation led by Defense Minister Issak Marwa. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the grand military parade marking the 11th anniversary of the Karama Revolution.
The discussions focused on strengthening military ties and enhancing joint efforts to secure the shared southern border.
