The Secretary-General of the General Command, General Khairi Al-Tamimi, received the new Turkish Consul in Benghazi, Serkan Karmenlioglu, at the headquarters of the General Command.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of mutual interest aimed at strengthening and developing bilateral relations between the two countries.
