Following directives from the General Commander of the Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, and under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, the 163rd Infantry Battalion carried out a successful operation in southern Libya.
The operation resulted in the seizure of approximately 800,000 narcotic pills, with immediate orders issued for their destruction in support of national efforts to combat drug trafficking.
