Under the directives of Lt. General Saddam Haftar, a coordination meeting was held in Benghazi between the Department of Martyrs and Wounded Affairs and the General Authority of the Social Solidarity Fund. The goal was to ensure families of martyrs and the wounded receive their legal entitlements.
The meeting concluded with agreements to refer eligible cases to medical committees and to conduct home visits for severely injured individuals by specialized social and psychological teams, in accordance with Law No. 5 of 1987.
