The Libyan Government has accused outgoing Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dabaiba and Presidential Council head Mohamed Al-Menfi of being directly responsible for the recent violent events in Tripoli.
In an official statement, the government stated that the attacks were instigated under their direction as part of a fragile political alliance driven by personal and political interests.
It warned that this has transformed the capital into an open arena for score-settling, endangering the lives of civilians and the assets of the state.
