General Saddam Khalifa, Chief of Staff of Libya’s Ground Forces, arrived aboard the French aircraft carrier “Charles de Gaulle” in Toulon, France, to participate in the Mediterranean Land Forces Chiefs Forum.
His visit comes in response to an official invitation to attend the forum’s current session held aboard the vessel.
