Libyan Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dabaiba has appointed Brigadier General Mustafa Al-Wuhaishi as the new head of the Internal Security Agency, replacing Major General Lotfi Al-Harari — widely known as the right-hand man of the late Abdelghani Al-Kikli “Ghneiwa.”
The decision comes amid ongoing security reshuffling following Al-Kikli’s death and heightened tensions in the capital, Tripoli.
